Agenda Bill #4689; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract to construct City Hall Security and Capital Improvements.
Agenda Bill #4694; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract amendment with Nordvind Company LLC for the Riverton Heights Neighborhood Park project.
Agenda Bill #4701; A Motion ratifying entry into contracts for employee insurance benefits, consistent with the appropriation in the City's 2017-2018 Biennial Budget was carried and became effective August 8, 2017.
Agenda Bill #4686; An Ordinance #17-1015 repealing Chapter 15.305 of the SeaTac Municipal Code (SMC), the South 154th Street Station Area Overlay District, and replacing it with a new Chapter 15.305 was adopted August 8, 2017 and becomes effective August 19, 2017.
